Anya Susan

Anya Susan is a dancer and choreographer from Miami, Florida. They attended New World School of the Arts High School and are currently receiving their BFA in Contemporary Dance from New York University. As a Black, queer and gender non-conforming artist, he is very excited about the road REmove is paving for a remodeled and restructured dance environment. Having experienced and witnessed discomfort and discrimination around queerness in the classroom, she hopes to contribute to this new approach - assisting current artists, students, and educators alike towards a safer and more productive learning space.
